Welcome to
Supporting Diverse Talent
From the Grassroots to the Elite
We’re on a mission to make cricket more inclusive and accessible. Working across eight locations in six major UK cities – from London and Bristol to Birmingham, Sheffield, Nottingham, Kent, and Manchester, we run school and community programmes alongside an Academy supporting talented young players from African and Caribbean backgrounds.
By opening up opportunities for inner-city children and upskilling coaches and volunteers, we’re helping more people discover cricket, develop their skills, and make a lasting impact in their communities.

About Us
We're just getting started
The ACE Programme was launched by Surrey County Cricket Club in January 2020 in response to the decline of the black British professional players by 75%, and less than 1% of the recreational game. The ACE Programme was designed to engage young people of African and Caribbean Heritage and a talent search was launched.
